The purpose of this Guild is to:
- promote cooperation and exchange of ideas among those people interested in or engaged in quilting
- further the education and skill levels of the members of this guild
- preserve the heritage of quiltmaking, and
- educate the public as to the significance and history of quilting as an art form as well as an ongoing craft.
