October Mystery Retreat with Lyn Brown

Lyn Brown will provide two sessions to create a beautiful quilt but the finished design is a MYSTERY! The mystery is you don't know what the end result is until the second day of the event. Sleep at home but come join your friends to sew all day! Select your own fabrics and will follow step by step clues to create a beautiful surprise project.<br>This will be so much fun, bring your sewing machine, selected fabric, refreshments and we will coordinate a potluck lunch. Mini retreat will be held two consecutive Saturdays, if you can't make it the first day you can still attend the event. <br>Location: Ehlers Event Center 8150 Knott Ave. Buena Park<br>Day one 10/03/2026 9 am - 3pm Set up First clue provided at 9:30 am<br>Day two 10/10/2026 9 am - 3pm Reveal of the quilt <br>Fabric requirements and pre-cutting instructions will be provided once registered and available from the instructor. <br>Limited Spots available. NOV: Garden Flag

Melanie Hays will show us how to make this Garden Flag / Mailbox Banner which can be display outside your house. There are some required items for this class you may already have. This workshop does not require a kit purchase. Your fabrics need to be pre-washed and pressed. <br>Date: November 7, 2026<br>Time: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.<br>Location: Ehlers Event Center, 8150 Knott Avenue, Buena Park, CA<br>Supply list will be made available once registration is complete. Please allow time to order items on the supply list if you do not have them already.

Membership (New Member and Renewals)

Current members can renew at $30 for a one-year membership: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027. <br>Dues for members joining after November 30th will be $15.00. <br>Dues for members joining after the last day of February will be $10.00 for the remaining membership year, but his/her membership expires 5/31/2027. If you are a New Member joining during this period and plan to continue into the new year as well, please to pay $40. You will need to add both to your cart when you check out. <br><br>Membership benefits include free admission to the monthly meetings and programs, reduced rates<br>for the monthly workshops, and discounts at quilt stores both locally and around the country
